For all our projects, we follow a phased gate approach consisting of 4 key phases. We start by focusing on customer’s operational goals, developing an implementation plan to accomplish the same, and define success criteria by communicating the expectation and forming a core team. Next, we execute the plan while holding daily or weekly status calls to communicate with the core team to avoid any delays or errors. Post execution, we conduct several User Acceptance Test (UAT) sessions to ensure that all issues are resolved. At that point, we train the client and prepare for go live. Post launch, we follow continuous improvement principles to review the infrastructure regularly, survey the customers, and improvise the experience as needed.
